There are hundreds or thousands of new blogs created every minute and every blogger wants to get more traffic, more people to comment and more people to sign up for his RSS feeds but not all bloggers get success with it because many of them don’t know the right way to promote their blogs and introduce their blogs to the readers.
In this post I am sharing some useful tips for the bloggers to get help from other blogs and also some tips that how famous bloggers can help new writers.
Link Exchange
When you are a new blogger nobody knows about you and your blog. The best way to promote your blog and introduce to other blog’s readers is to get link from famous blogs.
This is definitely not easy because usually the famous blogs do not link back to new blogger but if your blog’s content is really good and it is useful for the readers then they will surely give you link back. In return of their favor you can also put their blog’s link on your blog to appreciate them.
Guest Posts on Other Blogs
If you think a new blog has very good content and has a potential to grow then you can help him by writing a guest post for him. A very nicely-written guest post can really give him a boost in traffic and also drive a good traffic to your blog as readers want to know more about the writer who wrote the beautiful post on other blog(s).
And you will also get link back, that will also be great for your site 
Votes on Social Bookmarking Sites
This is very easy and effective way to help each other. When you find a nice topic on any social bookmarking site like Digg, Reddit, DesignBump etc you can vote for it to promote the topic.
The more you engage with other friends on social bookmarking sites the more votes you get for your own topics.
Commenting on Other Blogs
Commenting on other blogs is also very effective and helpful for new bloggers. The more you comment on other blogs the more people will find you active and the more traffic come to your own site.
Commenting on other blogs will also encourage the new bloggers to write more useful posts and they will be happy to contribute more from their blogs to the readers.
ReTweeting Others Topics
Just like voting on social bookmarking sites ReTweeting is also very easy and effective way to get engaged with other bloggers.
The more topics you ReTweet the more bloggers will know about you and you make new friends who will then happily ReTweet your topics.

Interesting Article! I think some of things i dont use to do it but reading these can try to accelerate up things for blogs
1) Fracturing articles from other blog friends as you did with me in last article, they might be more active in your website like happened to me on site reviver
2) Participate in a group project as you do with the Forum – collaborative work.
3) Participation in some contest as the SmashMagazine do every month with the calendar wallpaper, or the 360 daily project.
I don´t think to much and some of them could be very similar as you talk in your post, but the fundamental i think is being active, kind, post useful brain comments (not that, “ahh ok is good”, “keep going” or “good list”).
But as i said before this steps in my view are the fundamental to create a good blogging dynamic!!

These are just the basic tips but it is nice of you to share these with us , there are many other ways to help other blogger me and some friends of mine also work on that method and it has been very useful for us.
You are right that a lot of blogs are there but who will attract more visitors , Just simple that if you have fresh and quality content and some SEO, obviously you will be the on top.
If you stick on basic tips then you can really move forward within no time
