He has done some great work for the forum in a very short period and from now he is one of the senior staff members here.

Jani, you are too kind. But seeing as you have introduced me, I will say a few words

Since arriving here a few days ago, I have really enjoyed participating with likewise members, it has been a pleasure and I think this place has great potential. I noticed Jani was looking for ways in which to promote the forum, and so I created a plan of action. We have worked together to install and configure vBSEO: a great piece of software which will greatly enhance our search rankings. Also, we have planned a backlinking programme which will commence shortly.

If you would like to learn more about me and why Jani has chosen me to become Senior Staff, feel free to PM me and we can discuss it in more detail, but for now...that's all.

It's really a tough work to moderate, sometimes you will get many of SPAM thread and you have to fight with them.

I understand the responsibilites of forums, I've been staff on many different forums of all kinds such as IPB, vBulletin, SMF, phpBB, ZetaBoards with lots of different subjects: you are right, it can be hard sometimes but if you have the experience and you are willing to resolve issues such as spam rather than to encourage it or worse, provoke it, it can be made rather simple. A cool-headed moderator is a good one

I always believe the Mod should be easily approachable and available for any interaction.
it is quite understood the Mod can not be polite and soft any time, but I consider this good quality the Mod must have.
One of my friend say about Mod at other forum "Ability to take right decision at right time", agree it is not an easy job.
