How to submit site on Stumbleupon? please help

I have account on stumbleupon.com but whenever I try to submit some interesting post there the site does not add correctly.

See the very first link, it is not showing the "Title" but just showing the URL.

How can I put the title there? I don't see any option there.

My CMS has a social bookmarking plug-in. It adds a link to submit the page to stumbleupon. You might want to look into getting their submit link on the page you want stumbled.
