This is really very beautiful glassy wallpaper for Google

I don't know who designed it but I found it on some other site. I searched for the designer of it but couldn't find it.

I am using this wallpaper on my laptop

I like the subtleties, i.e. the search request and anyone know what is the thing supposed to be which is peeling off the Google logo in the background?
